Shauna Raley

Shauna Raley, E.I., is a Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, where they have worked since 2013 as a QA Engineering Lead for the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod. Raley manages quality issues by overseeing cross-functional troubleshooting, leading daily meetings, and collaborating with operators to implement corrective actions. Previously, they held roles as an HVAC Sales Engineer at Project One Systems Sales, Inc. and as a Quality Manager at Wilson's Machine Products, Inc., where they authored an AS9100 Quality Manual and led external audits. Raley earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
