Shawn Williams

Shawn Williams, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources technology and management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Technology Analyst at Lockheed Martin since January 2023, Shawn has previously held multiple HR roles at National Vision Inc. from June 2015 to January 2019, including HR Generalist and HRIS Specialist. Shawn also contributed as an HR Analyst in People Systems at Twitter from July 2021 to January 2023. Early career experience includes roles at Georgia Southern University, where Shawn coordinated student hiring processes and facilitated training programs.
