Simon Flynn

Simon Flynn is a Programme Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they managed the balance of supply and demand for over 10,000 assets valued at more than £200 million. Previously, Simon served as a Production Supervisor at both IBM and Xyratex, earning multiple awards for impactful contributions in production management. Additionally, they held the position of Logistics Engineer at Adflex Solutions, overseeing logistics for pilot production lines. Simon obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Portsmouth and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic.
