Smit Patel

Smit Patel is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they have utilized their mechanical engineering and project management skills since 2021. Previously, Smit worked on the Extended Navy Test Beds for the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program and supported PAC-3 manufacturing operations while at Lockheed Martin. They also gained valuable experience as a Structural Engineering Intern at Generation Orbit and through several internships, including a mechanical engineering role at Mercedes-Benz USA. Currently, Smit is pursuing both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
