Sonya Lyons

Sonya Lyons is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and procurement within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Engineer and previously as a Senior Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems since July 2020, Sonya has also contributed significantly to Excelitas Technologies Corp. as a Quality Engineer and UTC Aerospace Systems as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Prior roles include Process/Validation Engineer at Aptalis Pharmatech Inc., Lead Product Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems, where responsibilities encompassed product development and validation, and positions at Southern Oilfield Supply and Martin Marietta Manned Space Systems. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University, completed in 1992.
