Stacey Bilski

Stacey Bilski is the Chief Engineer for Santa Barbara Focalplane at Lockheed Martin, where they oversee the technical execution of all programs at the site, focusing on the development of advanced infrared focalplanes and cameras. With over 15 years of functional management experience in Mechanical Engineering and Systems Engineering, Stacey has successfully led multifunctional project teams to deliver high-performance systems. They previously held roles as a Senior Design Engineer at Raytheon and as Director of Cryogenics & Mechanical Engineering at Superconductor Technologies, directing various engineering programs. Stacey holds advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, specializing in Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Microwaves, Optics, and Acoustics, from institutions including the University of Notre Dame and UC Santa Barbara.
