Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager of Mission Solutions at Lockheed Martin Space, along with leadership positions such as Deputy Vice President and Senior Program Manager. Kubicek's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Systems Engineer and later included a tenure at General Dynamics C4 Systems as a Systems Engineer Sr. Stf. Kubicek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
