Stephen Clardy

Stephen Clardy is a Chief Engineer Director at Lockheed Martin, bringing over 20 years of experience in the management, design, integration, and testing of missile systems. They have held various chief engineer roles, including overseeing the Targets and Countermeasures Program and Missile Defense Systems, and have recently returned to Lockheed Martin as a Senior Manager. Clardy’s previous experience includes serving as Director of Programs at Archarithms, where they led IRAD and SBIR projects. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.
