Stephen Halcomb

Stephen Halcomb is a Project Engineer Senior Staff at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on Combat Systems Operations. They have a robust background in industrial engineering, having held various roles within Lockheed Martin's F-35 Wing Systems Build Team from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, Stephen served as a Budget Analyst in the United States Air Force from 2009 to 2014, and later as a Financial Management professional in the Texas Air National Guard from 2014 to 2019. Stephen earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University between 2018 and 2021, along with degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington, respectively.
