Stephen Howes

Stephen Howes serves as the F-35 Production Operations Vice President at Lockheed Martin, where they lead the domestic production system for over 140 F-35 aircraft annually. With a background in engineering and extensive experience across various roles, including Aeronautics Operations Deputy and design leadership, they have consistently contributed to achieving production quality, cost, and schedule targets. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master's in Aerospace and Defense Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
