Stephen Simms

Stephen Simms, MBA, is currently a Test Engineering Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin, after transitioning as a Test Engineering Supervisor. Previously, they served as an Online Superintendent for the Harris Nuclear Power Plant at Duke Energy, overseeing the planning and scheduling of maintenance for safe operations. With extensive experience in the US Navy as a Nuclear trained officer, Stephen has led teams through complex evolutions and played vital roles in various submarines and nuclear operations, including inspections for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Their educational background includes an EMBA from Troy State University and a BS in Mathematics from Jacksonville University.
