Steve Cappello is currently a Program Quality Manager at Lockheed Martin, having previously served as a Business Manager for Marine Corps Systems. From 2013 to 2014, Steve worked as a Finance Planning & Analysis Analyst at Sikorsky Aircraft. During their time at Sikorsky, from 2022 to 2023, Steve held multiple positions in the Program Management Rotational Program, including Deputy Program Manager for Postproduction and Deputy IPT Lead. Steve’s earlier career includes roles such as Project Planner at Walt Disney Imagineering and Control Account Manager for the Qatar Early Warning Radar System at Raytheon. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from LSU Shreveport and hold two Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Mathematics from Southern Connecticut State University.
