Steven Keil

Steven Keil is a Manufacturing Program Manager and Test Director currently leading systems engineering integration and testing at Lockheed Martin. They managed teams and implemented Agile practices, resulting in significant cost savings. Previously, they held roles at Raytheon Technologies and Saab Defense and Security, focusing on mechanical engineering and systems verification. Steven contributed to graduate-level research at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they published findings on experimental lubricants in mechanical applications. They are pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution.
