Susan Archer

Susan Archer, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional specializing in change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Senior Change Manager at Lockheed Martin, they lead enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts, focusing on empowering teams to adeptly manage change. Previously, Susan contributed to various roles, including Training Developer at Parallon and Senior Facilitation Specialist at HCA Healthcare, where they implemented impactful leadership development programs. They have also shared their expertise as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina and as an educator in both middle and elementary school settings. Susan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at the University at Albany, SUNY, and holds a Master of Science in Education from The College of Saint Rose.
