Sydney Garber

Sydney Garber is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lockheed Martin since 2013, Sydney provides enterprise solutions that align with strategic business goals and supports senior vice presidents in critical operational areas. Previously, from 2009 to 2012, Sydney was the Head of HR for Bank Operations at Capital One Financial Corporation, leading a geographically dispersed team of 3,100 employees. Sydney's long tenure at Capital One includes roles such as Senior Director of Talent Management, where oversight of executive talent management initiatives was paramount, and Director of Leadership Development, focusing on performance management and leadership enhancement.
