Tamara Callender

Tamara Callender is a Chartered Human Factors Consultant with extensive experience providing Human Factors and HFI support across the Defence, Oil and Gas, Rail, and Nuclear industries, both in-house and in consultancy roles. They currently work as an Independent Human Factors Consultant after serving as a Human Factors Specialist and Maritime Domain Lead at Defence Equipment & Support from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, Tamara held positions as a Senior Human Factors Consultant at ERM and as a Human Factors Consultant at Atkins. They earned an M.Sc. in Ergonomics (Human Factors) with Distinction from Loughborough University and a BA (Hons) in 3D Design for Sustainability with First Class Honours from University College Falmouth.
