Thomas D. Caro is a retired electrical engineer with extensive experience in program and system management. They currently serve as a Senior Manager in Program Management at Lockheed Martin, a position they have held since 2013, and previously worked in various roles at Lockheed Martin Space Systems between 1989 and 2013. Thomas also held senior engineering positions at SES and Galaxy Scientific Corporation from 2002 to 2002 and 1996 to 2002, respectively.
