Tim Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and systems architecture, currently serving as a Staff Systems Architect at Lockheed Martin since May 2018, where Tim oversees the Ground Based Airborne Radar as the Technical Director for the TPY-4 product line.
