Tim Shephard is the Vice President of Strategy, Operations & Capture Excellence at Rotary Mission Systems, a role held since January 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Tim previously led business development and strategy functions at Lockheed Martin Space for more than six years. Tim’s expertise lies in analytical skills and process improvement, guiding teams to develop innovative strategies that enhance Lockheed Martin's market position. Earlier in their career, Tim held regional leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and Orbital ATK. Tim earned a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management between 2015 and 2017.
