Tim Shields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and systems fields. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Scrum Master at Lockheed Martin since January 2023, Tim previously held various roles at General Dynamics NASSCO, including Engineering Purchase Specification and Designer in Liaison Engineering. Tim began a career at General Dynamics NASSCO in April 2008 as a Technical Test Administrator. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2013 and 2015, and has an Associate of Science in Engineering obtained from Grossmont College from 1982 to 1984. Additionally, Tim studied at San Diego State University from 1984 to 1987.
