Tim Williams

Tim Williams has extensive experience in business transformation and development, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at Lockheed Martin since September 2017. In this role, Tim leads a matrixed team of over 200 resources to implement technology and process solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Tim's tenure at Lockheed Martin began in 2002, with roles including Business Development Principal, Chief of Staff to the SVP of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Capture Management Principal, where Tim played a crucial role in organizational restructuring and competitive positioning. Tim's career also includes leadership positions in financial planning and analysis. Tim holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Human Resource Management from Cabrini University.
