Tony Twardowski has extensive experience in program management and technical leadership, particularly within Lockheed Martin from April 2008 to April 2013. Initially serving as Technical Team Lead and Deputy Program Manager for HR and Payroll applications, Tony progressed to Program Manager for an O&M program with a $1.5M annual budget. Later, as Senior Manager of Integration Operations, responsibilities included managing workforce development initiatives and overseeing an annual budget of approximately $5 million. In the role of IT Program Manager, Tony managed program operations for EBS, ensuring effective program surveillance and engagement. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a Master’s degree from RPI Lally School of Management.
