Travis Alderfer

Travis Alderfer is a Staff Training and Development Lead at Lockheed Martin Space, where they manage and instruct manufacturing and transportation skills training across multiple facilities. With over 25 years of experience in the civil and defense industries, they have a strong background in electronic product design, testing, and integration. Travis has previously held positions as a Flight Test Instrumentation Operations Engineer at the Department of the Navy and as a Senior Analyst in Training and Development at Lockheed Martin. They began their career as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy and have worked for renowned companies such as Cessna Aircraft Company and Sierra Nevada Corporation. Currently, Travis is pursuing an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Denver Institute of Technology.
