Trey Jackson is a seasoned professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Lockheed Martin since September 2021. Prior to this role, Trey spent over 16 years at Raytheon Technologies in various leadership positions, including Director of Workforce Intelligence and Director of Enterprise Compensation & Workforce Intelligence.
