Tripp Barnhill, MBA, is currently a Subcontract Management Senior at Lockheed Martin, engaged in the Operations Leadership Development Program. Beginning their career at 16 with Chick-Fil-A, Tripp rose to the position of Operations Team Lead and served as a Grand Opening Trainer, traveling to eight states to uphold company values and standards. They interned with Collins Aerospace in Commodity Management and Sourcing, where they extended agreements and analyzed data before accepting a part-time role. Tripp earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management from the Darla Moore School of Business and is pursuing an MBA at Indiana University.
