Vance W. M. is an LM Associate Fellow and Supplier Quality Field Engineer with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance. Vance began their career at a young age in a welding and machine shop, eventually progressing to roles at notable companies such as Lockheed Martin, Textron Specialized Vehicles, and Xplicitus, LLC, where they served as President and Chief Consultant. Vance's expertise spans product and process development, variation risk management, and engineering management, complemented by advanced education in engineering from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and Dunwoody College of Technology. Vance is committed to optimizing robust product design and effective communication of functional intent within the industry.
