Vic Torla

Vic Torla is currently a Vice President at Lockheed Martin, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, and program performance excellence within the aerospace and defense, and telecommunications industries. Previously, Vic served as an Acquisition Program Manager at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, managing key training systems for the U.S. Navy in both the United States and Japan. At Lockheed Martin, Vic held various roles including Senior Program Manager and Director of Business Development, leading significant training system initiatives and a large training portfolio. Vic’s military background includes serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Duty Officer in both active and reserve roles with the U.S. Navy, supporting F/A-18 operations worldwide. Vic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University and a Program Management Certification from Defense Acquisition University.
