Victor Meza is currently the Guidance, Navigation, Control, & Autonomy Manager for Military Space at Lockheed Martin, where they oversee a team responsible for the development of GNC subsystems for Milspace satellite portfolios. Since joining the company in 2018, Victor has accelerated team execution through restructuring and has successfully led numerous satellite development activities. Prior to their current role, Victor held various engineering positions, including Lead Staff Software Engineer and Senior Aeronautical Engineer, where they contributed to significant projects for ballistic missile defense and unmanned aerial systems. Victor earned a Master of Science in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
