Walter Bonilla

Walter Bonilla is a seasoned military and operations analysis leader with over 30 years of experience in the U.S. Navy and defense industry. Currently a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Lockheed Martin, Walter leads remote teams in operations analysis for complex naval and joint defense challenges, utilizing advanced modeling and simulation tools. Previously, Walter held various key positions, including Operations Officer on multiple ships and Director of Training at the Afloat Training Group Western Pacific. Walter earned a Master of Arts degree from both Webster University and the Naval War College, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville University. They are recognized for their expertise in maritime operations and commitment to mentoring high-performing teams.
