Wendy O'Connell

Wendy O'Connell is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Organizational Capability at Lockheed Martin, where previous roles included Chief of Staff and Chief Human Resource Officer. Wendy founded the OConnell Consulting Group and has held significant positions at Korn Ferry, including Consulting Director and Managing Principal. Prior to these roles, Wendy worked as a Senior Consultant at PDI Ninth House and contributed as a member within the Chief organization. Academically, Wendy holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
