Whitley Poyser is currently the Director of Deep Space Exploration at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on pushing the frontiers of digital technology and innovation. Previously, Whitley participated in Lockheed Martin's Senior Engineering Leadership Development Program and held various roles, including Logistics Management Analyst and Chief of Staff within the Global Research and Development division. Whitley earned a Master's degree in Sustainable Consumption, Social Equity, and Innovation from Harvard Extension School. Additionally, they are an active board member for OUT for Sustainability and the Southern Methodist University Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and served on the board of the Foundation for the Young Women's Leadership Academy of Fort Worth.
