William Saathoff

William Saathoff has over three decades of experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Technology & Development at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics since June 2009, after holding the position of Director of Production Engineering & Technology. Previously, William Saathoff worked at Hawker Beechcraft as a Director from June 2000 to June 2009, and had an extensive tenure at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics from January 1984 to June 2000, where responsibilities included serving as an IPT Lead. William Saathoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1979 and 1984.
