William T. currently serves as Head of UK Government Affairs at Lockheed Martin since September 2025. Prior to this role, William held various positions at QinetiQ from June 2006 to September 2025, including Director of Strategic Engagement (Government) and Head of Government Relations and Public Policy, where responsibilities included strategic positioning with government officials, advising senior leadership on policy issues, and leading communication integration. William also contributed to HM Government as a member of the Secretary of State's Panel on the Future of Industry in late 2020 and was the Communications Director for The 5% Club from 2013 to 2017. Experience includes significant roles with RICS and the UK Home Office, focusing on media communications, public policy, and industry engagement. William holds a Master's degree in Planning and a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Town and Country Planning.
