Young Set

Young Set is currently a Systems Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, specializing in the commercial and defense space and aviation industries with 18 years of multidisciplinary engineering experience. Young has led critical projects, including defining environmental conditions for Next Gen Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Spacecraft and managing a requirement database for satellite programs. Previously, Young held positions at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Boeing, where they contributed to various aerospace engineering tasks, including designing modifications for the F-22A and developing test procedures for the Comanche helicopter. Young earned a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
