Zuri (Tiffany) Marr is currently the Chief of Staff Director in the Office of the President at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, project management, and Six Sigma, Zuri has overseen large-scale mission-critical programs valued over $1 billion. Zuri's expertise includes systems engineering, digital transformation, and earned value management, and they actively contribute to developing Model Based Engineering and Systems Thinking approaches in the defense contracting sector. Zuri holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from Old Dominion University, and has acquired numerous certifications, including PMP and Agile Scrum.
