Neal Yoder

Neal Yoder, MBA, is currently the Director of Operations at LockNet and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Eastern Kentucky University College of Business. They are recognized for their strong leadership and commitment to operational excellence, focusing on productivity maximization and process improvement. With a solid background that includes roles as Plant Manager at STEMCO LP and various leadership positions at LockNet, Neal has successfully implemented lean manufacturing techniques and innovative solutions, significantly enhancing product delivery and customer satisfaction. Neal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Kent State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ashland University.
