William Bisher

William Bisher has had a long and varied career, starting out as a stock clerk and working their way up to board member at Lockport. William has experience in customer service, security, and dispatch, and has used their skills to help keep people and property safe for many years. William is a dedicated worker who takes pride in their work, and is always looking for ways to improve their skills and help their community.

William Bisher has an Associate's in Criminal Justice from Niagara County Community College. William is certified by the NYS Department of Licensing in NYS Security Guard and CPR/AED from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. William also has certification from Niagara University in Naxolone.
