Charles Brooks

Charles Brooks is an experienced Systems Engineer at Lockstep Technology Group since December 2020, specializing in network troubleshooting within a multi-vendor route/switch environment and supporting various firewall solutions, including PaloAlto and FortiGate. Previously, from October 2018 to December 2020, Charles served as a Network Engineer I at iVision, where responsibilities included escalation support, mentoring junior members, and conducting packet capture analysis. Charles also held the position of Network and Systems Analyst III at iVision, providing support for IS, DC, and cloud solutions with a focus on Cisco networking technologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Hardware Technician at Electronic Office, delivering hardware and software support in a Windows and Cisco environment. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Western Carolina University, obtained in 2010.
