Ajith Meleppat

Ajith Meleppat has over 13 years of work experience in the technical support industry. Ajith started their career at CSS Corp in 2008 as a Support Engineer, and was later promoted to Team Lead, Escalation Lead, and Team Manager. In their role as a Consultant, they managed day-to-day support operations for an outsourced technical support team, mentored and developed team leads and support engineers, managed critical and new launch product support, managed SLAs and achieved team KPIs, and prepared and presented MBRs and QBRs. Ajith is currently employed at Lockstep as a Senior Technical Support Manager since 2022.

Ajith Meleppat began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE, SREEKRISHNAPURAM until 2008. In 2021, they continued their education at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, where they are expected to graduate in 2024.
