Parteek Sood (CSM®) has extensive experience in business implementation, onboarding and operations management. In 2022, they began working as a Business Implementation Manager for Lockstep. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for MoveInSync Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd., where they held the roles of Manager - Onboarding & Implementation, ASSISTANT MANAGER - IMPLEMENATATION and Assistant Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for project execution, monitor, control & closure of process automation, transformation and change management, analyzing customer support data, and providing outstanding customer services. From 2012 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Customer Support for Convergys, where they maintained up-to-date knowledge about ATT products and services, responded to customer queries, and handled customer requests. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Associate for Wipro BPO, where they supported new computer set-up and Application installation, performed light Network Administration, installed and configured computer equipment software, supported Printers and Print management, and troubleshot technical issues in Windows 9x, XP, 7, Server2008, MS Office, Outlook email setup and LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

Parteek Sood obtained their Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology between 2006 and 2010. Parteek then obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in June 2022, followed by a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in March 2022, and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera in February 2022. Finally, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
