Ruchit Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ruchit started their career at Empronc Solutions in 2009 as a Technical Support Executive. Ruchit then joined eClerx in 2011 as an Analyst before returning to Empronc Solutions in 2013 as a Manager. In 2019, Ruchit joined Sage as the Head of Implementation and Customer Success, and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager in September 2021. Their expertise includes technical support, analysis, management, and product development.

Ruchit Shah completed their primary education at Fellowship High School from 1992 to 2001. Ruchit then attended Holy Cross High School and Junior College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their secondary school degree. In 2004, Ruchit enrolled in B.E.S College of Commerce, completing their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in 2009. During the same period, from 2006 to 2009, they also pursued a GNIIT degree in Information Technology at NIIT.
