Anusha Kishore

Anusha Kishore has a diverse range of work experience over the years. Anusha started their career at Goldman Sachs in 2011 and worked as an Associate for six years. In this role, they focused on operations and finance recruitment, partnering with clients, developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing vendor relationships, and providing training to coordinators. Anusha also carried out strategic initiatives such as re-engineering the hiring process for Chartered Accountants, leading compensation benchmarking, and collaborating with tech teams to enhance recruiting tools. Anusha played a significant role in diversity initiatives, serving as a program manager for a cross-divisional armed forces hiring program and organizing alumni networking events. After Goldman Sachs, Anusha worked at Hudson's Bay Company as a recruiter from 2017 to 2018. Anusha then joined Pocket Aces in 2018, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner and was also involved in general HR duties. Currently, Anusha is working at Loco as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.

Anusha Kishore pursued their Bachelors degree in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore, between the years 2008 and 2011. Subsequently, in January 2021, they obtained a certification in "Certified HR Business Partner Ready" from the Aon HR Learning Center.
