Frances Cunningham MRTPI

Frances Cunningham MRTPI is an experienced Chartered Town Planner with a robust background in infrastructure projects within the railway industry. They have successfully managed the delivery and consenting of various projects, including electrification initiatives and railway heritage consents. Frances has also played a crucial role as a project manager in the renewable energy sector, specifically in securing planning permissions for onshore wind farms. Currently, they serve as the Senior Consents Manager at Locogen, building on a diverse career that includes roles at Banks Group, Network Rail, and Wind Energy Direct. Frances holds an MSc in Town Planning from Newcastle University and a BSc in Environmental Management from the University of Durham, St John's College.
