Gavin Jeter

Gavin Jeter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solutions and data engineering. Currently serving as the Business Solutions Lead at LOCUS since March 2025, Jeter previously held the position of Business Delivery Manager - Data Engineering at Abley from October 2019 to March 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Data Engineering team and overseeing significant product developments such as SafeCurves™. With a strong background in data manipulation and analytics established through roles at Mapcom Systems and Garmin International, Jeter has also contributed as a Business Analyst at Burns & McDonnell and has a foundation in team leadership from earlier positions in cartography and retail management. Jeter holds a B.A. in Geography from The University of Kansas and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Baker University.
