Ursula Williams

Ursula Williams has extensive experience in quality management and leadership across various industries. From January 2014 to November 2018, Ursula served as the Director of Supplier Quality at Brooks Automation. Prior to that, Ursula was the Global Quality Director at Murata Power Solutions from October 2012 to January 2014, and held positions at Advanced Energy from April 2009 to October 2012, including Director of Corporate Quality and Senior Customer Quality Manager. More recently, Ursula worked as the Quality Lead at ALERT INNOVATION from November 2018 to February 2022, and is currently the Director of Quality and Sustainability at Locus Robotics since May 2022. Ursula's earlier career includes roles as a Quality Assurance Customer Support Engineer at Applied Films from 1998 to 2002 and as a Quality Manager at Optera between September 2002 and August 2006. Ursula holds an ESG Essentials certification from Wharton Executive Education (2023), an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2017-2018), and a BA from the University of South Carolina-Columbia (1989-1992).
