Mohit Singh has a diverse work experience in customer success and business development roles. Mohit started their career as a Management Intern at Tipping Mr Pink Pvt Ltd in 2016 and later served as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, they joined FieldAssist as a Customer Success Manager, where they assumed various roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Head-Customer Delight. In these positions, they were responsible for onboarding customers, building strong relationships, conducting customer success planning, and addressing customer issues. Most recently, in 2022, Mohit joined Locus as a Customer Success Manager.
Mohit Singh completed their B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
