Sparsh Agarwalla

Sparsh Agarwalla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sparsh currently works at Locus as a Data Scientist 1, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Science Intern at Locus from October 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Locus, Sparsh worked at WNS as a Program Analyst - Intelligent Automation from July 2021 to October 2022.

In 2017, Sparsh started their career as an Associate, Content and Curation Team at TEDxShivNadarUniversity. Sparsh then held various roles at TEDxShivNadarUniversity, including Junior Member, Content and Curation Head, Website Head, and Licensee and Curator. In these roles, they curated speakers, managed the conference website, mentored junior team members, wrote articles, and assisted in curating talks for the conference lineup.

In 2021, Sparsh interned as a Data Science Intern at Widhya, where they analyzed crypto-currency and stock market prices and developed a price tracker. Sparsh also interned as a Data Analytics Intern at Aam Aadmi Party in 2020, where they analyzed information consumption patterns during the COVID-19 lockdown and optimized marketing strategies.

Additionally, Sparsh has volunteered as an Operations Volunteer at GiveIndia and worked as a Tutor - CSD201 (Data Structures) at Shiv Nadar University. Sparsh also gained experience as a Summer Intern at WNS Global Services, where they worked with the Corporate Communications team.

Sparsh Agarwalla completed their high school education at Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, where they obtained their Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) degrees. From 2017 to 2021, they attended Shiv Nadar University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science with a minor in Sociology.

In addition to their formal education, Sparsh Agarwalla has obtained several certifications. These include Statistical Inference from Coursera, Data Analytics Consulting Virtual Internship from KPMG, Data Analytics Virtual Experience Program from Quantium, Data Visualization from Coursera, Data@ANZ Program from ANZ, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera. The certifications were obtained in various months of 2020.
