Neno Duplan serves as the CEO of Locus Technologies, bringing extensive experience in environmental, sustainability, water, energy, and carbon management. Prior to founding Locus Technologies, Duplan held leadership roles at Canonie Environmental Services, Inc. and McDermott International Inc. as Vice President and Director, respectively. With a background in civil engineering and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, Duplan has a proven track record in managing large-scale environmental projects globally.
