Elle Bostian

Elle Bostian is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Locusview since July 2025. Prior to this role, Bostian worked at CST Academy from April 2021 to July 2025, holding positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Operational Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as a Carrier Development Representative at Echo Global Logistics from October 2020 to April 2021, and as a Sport and Facility Services Student Manager at Miami University from August 2019 to March 2020. Bostian gained invaluable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Kings Island in the summer of 2019, and as a Human Resource Assistant at Rumpke Waste & Recycling from March 2017 to February 2019. Bostian holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Leadership from Miami University, earned in 2020, and completed high school at Lakota East High School in 2016.
