Shahar Levi

Co-founder & CEO at Locusview

Shahar Levi is the co-founder and CEO of Locusview, a software company that provides data-driven solutions for the construction industry. Prior to Locusview, Shahar was the VP of Business Development at Nortec, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions. Shahar was responsible for Nortec's worldwide business development and played a key role in Nortec's acquisition by CCL, a multi-billion-dollar Canadian company, in 2018.

Shahar began their career as an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, one of Israel's leading law firms. Shahar specialized in corporate law, M&A activity, and capital markets with a focus on the asset management and investment industries. During their time at Herzog, Shahar was involved in several high-profile mergers and acquisitions transactions in Israel, including the merger of DS Apex Holdings and Meitav Investment House, which had a total value of approximately NIS 1.5 billion, and the purchase of a majority stake in Tachlit ETF by Psagot Investment House Ltd. for a total consideration of approximately NIS 180 million.

Shahar Levi has an MBA in finance and banking from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an LL.B. in corporate law from the same school.
